Reshift Media Wins 2025 Global Franchise Award for Best Marketing & PR Firm

We couldn’t be prouder to announce that Reshift Media has won a Global Franchise Award for the third year in a row! This year, the Marketing and PR categories were combined, and we’re thrilled to say that we took home the trophy for the Best Marketing & PR Firm.

This award is due to our incredible staff’s hard work and dedication. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, cutting-edge digital marketing services for franchise organizations, including website/mobile development, social media management and advertising, influencer marketing, search advertising, Amazon advertising, SEO, design, and proprietary technology.

The ceremony, which took place alongside the IFA annual convention in Las Vegas on Feb. 11, 2025, was attended by Reshift Media’s CEO Steve Buors and our COO Kirk Allen.

“The Reshift team is elated to have been named the world’s best franchise marketing company for the third straight year,” said Buors. “We would like to thank our amazing clients for their support and willingness to try new things. We are truly fortunate to be able to do what we enjoy every day.”

The Global Franchise Awards, now celebrating their eighth year, recognize brands and suppliers that demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing the global franchising industry. This year’s panel of independent judges included Cristina Matos, CEO at the Portuguese Franchise Association; Katalin Mandel, CEO of the Hungarian Franchise Association and European franchising veteran; Pip Wilkins, CEO at the British Franchise Association; Jennifer Brandeen, chief revenue officer at the International Franchise Association, and Sherry McNeil, president and CEO at the Canadian Franchise Association.

For the franchise supplier categories, the judges evaluated the entries on the following criteria:

  • Has a suitable service offering and the results to back it up
  • Works tirelessly for its clients
  • Promotes ethical franchising
  • Has clear plans for the future

Reshift Media excels in all four areas. Our company focuses on supporting franchise organizations, and we are very active in the franchising, retail, and food services sectors. Though we are based in Canada, we work with clients all over the world and are currently engaged with brands in 22 countries.

During our 12 years in operation, we have developed franchise-specific strategies, processes, and technologies designed to align the goals of franchisees and franchisors.  These strategies enable our partners to outperform their competitors—whether international, national, or local—while reducing potential friction points. Many of our clients experience rapid and significant growth due to our efforts. We continue to evolve and innovate, recently launching Franify, a lead-generating platform designed specifically for franchise development professionals.

Because franchising has given so much to us, we are committed to giving back to the franchise community and are strong advocates for the franchise model. We attend, sponsor, and speak at franchise conferences worldwide, including several CFA and IFA events, and our team members lend their time to various franchising boards and committees. A key focus for us in 2025 is to continue to expand our volunteerism internationally, with specific emphasis on the US and UK.
