The results are in! We are thrilled to announce that our franchise advertising campaign for our client Pizza Hut, Driving Marketing Effectiveness Through Localization, has won Platinum at the 2025 AVA Digital Awards.
The AVA Digital Awards recognizes exceptional achievements in the concept, direction, design, and production of digital media that contribute to the evolution of digital communication. With over 200 categories in Audio, Video, and Web-based production, Platinum and Gold awards are given to creative professionals for their outstanding work in this field, and we are honoured to be selected by the esteemed panel of judges among global entries.

ABOUT OUR AWARD-WINNING AD CAMPAIGN
The Reshift advertising team was tasked to help Pizza Hut, the world’s largest pizza company, create a local digital marketing approach that would assist its Canadian and UK divisions in raising online sales by making localized Meta advertising readily available to its franchisees.
Using our proprietary software, the Brand Amplifier, Pizza Hut franchisees could effectively use their own marketing budgets in this digital advertising campaign to help distinguish each location in a highly competitive market. Since ordering pizza is an inherently local activity, targeting prospective customers on a local level created a more authentic experience.
Our software streamlined the localization of ad copy, enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness, as it automatically inserted local information, such as city name and street address. Ads were delivered through the local store’s Facebook page or Instagram account instead of the head office, increasing its relevancy to audiences. When these ads were programmatically localized, they generated more than 54,000 potential variations.
What also helped make this campaign stand out was the strategic timing of ads, which were shared during key purchasing moments. The campaign also included localized promotions that franchisees could select themselves based on their desired campaign and offers, helping boost customer engagement.
