Digital Marketing Manager, Franchise Development (Remote)

We are a remote workplace, meaning the successful candidate will work from the comfort of their home on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for an energetic, digitally-savvy individual to lead our franchise development digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will work with a wide variety of our clients to develop, implement, manage, and report on digital marketing campaigns designed to attract new franchisees.

Duties & responsibilities:

As the Franchise Development Digital Marketing Manager you will manage all aspects of social media and search advertising campaigns, including:

  • Work with our diverse franchise clients to design a franchisee lead generation program that suits their needs
  • Work closely with other areas such as content, design, development and search to implement campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to continually improve results
  • Meet with clients to review campaign results and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Participate in new business development efforts and create estimates as needed
  • Time & budget management
  • Keep up with trends, research, changes in the industry and recommend/implement strategic changes for clients

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience with a focus on social media and/or search advertising
  • Proficiency working with ad platforms including Meta, Google and others
  • Knowledgeable in digital measurement and analytics
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns to meet specific business objectives
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience estimating project timing and costs
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to manage a wide variety of responsibilities and tasks
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
